Hélène Biandudi Hofer was the keynote speaker at the 49th Clyde-Savannah High School Commencement in June 2016 in Clyde, New York.

On May 18th, 2014, Hélène Biandudi Hofer served as the keynote speaker for the Rochester City School District's 125th Annual Transfer of Flags Ceremony. Each year, student representatives are chosen as “Standard Bearers” for the coming year. They receive flags in honor of their outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated citizenship. The event is the longest standing tradition for the RCSD. The first “Transfer of Flags” ceremony was proposed by Captain Henry Lomb, one of the founders of Bausch & Lomb.
